Ready-to-ship and customised bulk orders are delivered in about 7 days after order confirmation. For very large or highly customised orders we confirm the exact date with your quote. Shipping is charged extra.

Bulk and customised orders (logo engraving, printed packaging, custom hampers): about 7 days after order confirmation and mock-up approval. We confirm the exact date with your quote for very large orders.

Across India and worldwide from our registered office in Rohini, New Delhi, to one address or split across several.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged extra and depends on destination, weight and the number of delivery addresses. It is shown separately in your quote.

Payment terms

Orders are confirmed on advance payment. Procurement and branding start once payment is received.

Cancellations, returns & damage

Branded and customised products are made to order, so they cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. If any item reaches you damaged, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 98999 10620 with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will help with a replacement.
